Fees

Therapy
A 50 minute individual psychotherapy session is $150 plus HST (for a total of $169.50)

A 60 minute couple/partner/triad/polycule/relationship constellation session is $165 plus HST (for a total of $186.45)

for an hour and a half session the fee is 1.5x the regular rate

Fees are payable by e-transfer at the beginning of session or by credit card​

Currently, there are no sliding scale spaces available. Ask about a waiting list, or to be connected to other options that may be more financially possible.

Have health insurance that covers psychotherapy? Ask your provider about the possibility of your session being approved by your policy. I do not have direct billing options, but you may be able to submit your receipts for reimbursement.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

Sometimes life interrupts your schedule! In the event that you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours notice is needed to avoid being charged for the missed appointment.  Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will require full payment.  You can reach me by phone, email or text if cancellation is required.

Location

All sessions are currently conducted via secure video or phone. There are no plans currently to return to in-person sessions.
